What will be deleted / 删除范围

Your Dekvi login, profile, uploaded photos, collections, scan and grading reports, pack and assistant history, preferences, feedback and associated backups will be removed. Access is blocked immediately after your request is accepted. Automatic cleanup starts after a 15-minute safety window and normally finishes within 24 hours; interrupted cleanup resumes automatically.

删除登录身份、个人资料、上传照片、收藏、识别和评级报告、卡包与助手历史、偏好、反馈及其备份。受理后立即阻止账号访问；为等待正在处理的请求结束，自动清理在 15 分钟后开始，通常 24 小时内完成，异常中断后会自动续办。

A non-reversible HMAC revocation record is kept for up to 181 days solely to reject previously issued sign-in tokens. It contains no email, photos or business account ID. The business deletion receipt is retained for 7 days after completion. A separate anonymous authentication receipt supports interrupted retries; it contains no completed account ID or email and becomes eligible for cleanup after 400 days, when a later deletion completes. Existing processing-provider accounts are sent a deletion request; a failed request is retried for up to 30 days with only the credentials needed for that request. Store payment receipts and provider records may be retained by Apple, Google or other providers under their own legal obligations.

Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play or Apple subscriptions.

删除账号不会取消商店订阅。请先在 Google Play 或 Apple 订阅管理中取消续订。
